Accomodation policies

Pets are most welcome as long as they are not let on carpets or furniture.

Please do not leave your pet alone in the house as they may become distressed in a new environment.

If your pet damages the house or an item of furniture the person booking is fully responsible for the cost of the item/s replacement.

A refundable damage deposit is taken before checkin. This will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Any damage to the property or extra cleaning required will be taken from this monies before it is refunded to you on the day of checkout.

we understand that most guests will respect the cottages and in 99% of cases the deposit is fully refunded.

No Parties or events are to be held.

No smoking inside the property
